If something is not right with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will help you resolve it.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics can only be returned unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Items damaged in transit or incorrect items are always covered.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the refund.
